Normal po na dinudugo pa kayo dahil kakapanganak niyo lang, hindi pa po tuluyan na nakakarecover ang inyong matres sa panganganak. Kung kayo ay mix feeding maari na po kayong mabuntis 3 linggo pagkapanganak kaya dapat may contraceptive na kayong ginagamit. Iwasan muna ang pagtatalik para mapahinga ang katawan at maghilom ang sugat. Inaadvise na 6 weeks after manganak bago makipagtalik.
