Meron na po bang Divorce Bill na tinatawag dito po sa aten bansang pilipinas? Kung wala pa..kailan po kaya? kung meron na. Paano po magfile neto at ano po mga requirements?? Halimbawa po eh matagal na kami hiwalay ng aswa ko, 7 years narin at my iba narin kinakasama un ex wife ko. Napagkasunduan narin namin na wala na kami pakialaman sa isat isa, except nalang po sa dalawang anak namin.

Up to this date, nanatiling Housebill palang yan so kailangan nating hintayin na maipasa na ito sa Senado at mapirmahan na ito ng President bago ito magiging isang batas. Kailangan po muna nating hintayin para malaman natin kung ano ba talaga ang mga implementing rules nito.
