May babae ang asawa ko sa Saudi Arabia

Ano po ang gagawin ko sa husband ko na isang OFW at may babae po sya sa Saudi? Kami po ay kasal at may 1 anak. Ang sabi nya po sa akin ihihinto nya daw po ang sustento sa anak ko kapag hindi ako pumayag sa kundisyon nya na ang pera ay babagsak sa pamilya nya.

Meaning na wala po ako mahahawakan na pera. Sabihin ko lang daw po sa pamilya nya mga needs ng anak ko. Tama po ba yun? Sabi po sa akin sa PAO wala daw po ako maikakaso sa husband ko dahil wala daw po dito sa Pinas. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin? Maraming salamat po.

Tama ang PAO, dahil sa wala sa Pilipinas ang iyong asawa, magsampa ka man ng reklamo, hindi ito kikilos sapagkat wala sa Pilipinas ang asawa mo, hindi siya mahuhuli ng pulis.
Puede kang maghabla laban sa kanya kung andito na siya ulit sa Pilipinas. Kung kayo'y kasal, may karapatan ka at ang iyong anak sa financial support. Kung tunay nga na ang pera ay doon babagsak sa kanyang pamilya, e, di, pamilya niya dito ang iyong ihabla kung hindi nila ibibigay ang suporta para sa bata.
Ang gawin mo ay ganito, ilista mo kung anu-ano ang pangangailangan ng bata (pagkain, damit, renta sa bahay at pag-eskuwela at pampa-doktor). Mga magkano sa isang buwan? Iyan ang iyong hihingin na suporta para sa iyong anak.
Ang hamon mo, magbukas ng ATM account para sa anak mo (ITF) at doon ihulog ang buwanang suporta. Oras na pumalya ang hulog buwan-buwan, maghahabla ka ng financial child abuse. At ang iyong ide-demanda ay ang mga magulang niya --kung sino man ang may hawak ng allotment buwan-buwan, kung kanino ipinapa-dala. Ganoon lamang ang tanging paraan para masiguro mong may suporta ang iyong anak.
