Ano ang Primary Koch's infection? Gamot lunas sa TB peklat xray papuntang New Zealand

Yong anak ko po na 4 years pina xray ko po last April 2016 kasi para makasigurado na hinde sya nahawa. Kasi yong pinsan nya may TB. Nag negative po sya pero pinag skin test sya ng pedia nya at nag positive.

Nag take ng 6 months na gamutan anak ko at natapos sya nong November. Now po kasi may ubo na naman sya. Pina check ko po sya at pina xray sya ng pedia nya at lumabas Primary kochs infection is considered.

May TB pa ba anak? Please need ko advice thank you po at ang sabi pedia nya na posible peklat naalng..pag peklat baka po pag next year pag nag pa medical kami pa NZ eh baka bumagsak sya sa medical...Paano po sya nag ka peklat e gayong clear yong xray nya last year? Tapos ngaun lang po hindi nag clear..

Magandang araw po!

Ang Primary Koch's po ay TB rin. Pero dahil nga po nabanggit po ninyo nagundergo na sya ng gamutan most likely magaling na po ang TB ng anak niyo at yung nakita sa Xray ay peklat na nga lang.

PagnagkaTB po kasi ang tao nasisira ang lung tissues kaya pagkatapos ng gamutan hindi din completely bumabalik sa original na form. Or if babalik, it will take time. Ang mahalaga lang po ay masiguradong tapos na sa gamutan ang anak niyo at hindi na sya makakahawa.

Hello po mommy Cherry! Ang primary koch's infection ay resulta po ng pagka expose sa bacteria na Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kapag ang taong may TB ay umubo o bumahing, napupunta po sa hangin ang droplets na naglalaman ng bacteria. Oras na malanghap ang hangin na ito ay nahahawa ang tao. Baka po nagkaroon ng close contact ang anak ninyo sa isang tao na hindi alam na meron siyang TB or hindi pa gumagaling sa TB.

Kailangan po kasi pag under treatment sya ng TB drugs ay makainom po sya nito regularly, siguraduhin na nasusunod niya ang tamang pag-inom nito dahil pag hindi po ito nasunod ay maaaring hindi po mamatay lahat ng TB bacteria at sa halip mas dumami pa ito dahil magiging resistant ito sa gamot. Kaya po kahit nakatapos na sya ng treatment ay kailangan pa rin po niyang bumalik para s mga diagnostic tests na gagawin sa kanya upang masiguro na gumana po ang mga ininom niyang gamot.
