Di ko rin po sila nainform na lumipat na kmai ng bahay pero may contact po sila sa kapatid ko na co-borrower ko. last po nila nakausap kapatid ko 3 or 4 mos ago po. nagfile na po sila ng case based on art. 315 ng RA 8484. bingiyan po nila ako ng ATM para mawithdraw yong niloan kong pera. ano po ang pwede kong gawin para po hindi na nila ituloy yong case. hindi ko po kayang bayaran ng buo yong loan ko. ang original amount po is 2ok tumaas po kasam penalty.
