Nag tetake po kasi ako ng 24 Alkaline-C ngayon po ....at ramdam ko po ang mabuting epekto...ngunit pinadalhan po kasi ako ng kapatid ko ng Alaska-E+OMEGA3 ...sayang naman po kung di ko iti-take....

Maaari pong pagsabayin ang dalawang ito. Ang 24 alkaline-C ay sodium ascorbate o vitamin C samantalang ang Alaska-E+omega 3 ay fish oil. Pwede naman po itong pagsabayin inumin. Pero tandaan po na ito ay mga vitamins/supplements lamang at hindi gamot sa anumang uri ng sakit.
