Ako po ay nagwork sa isang private hospital dito samin sa Zamboanga del Sur. Ang sahod ko po ay P9,000.00/per month at may deduction ako ng Withholding Tax amounting to P 477.41. Single po ako. Ang tanong ko lang po ay hindi pa po ba effective yung HB 4774 Sec. 24, On Compensation Income Earners, Tax Schedule Effective July 01, 2017. Please explain. Thank you so much. May nabasa rin ako na below P 21, 000 ang sahod ay exempted sa tax. Is it true or implemented already?

Kung hindi approved sa Malacanang ay ive-veto ito ng Pangulo, babalik nanaman ito sa Congress at ito ay susubukan nilang i-override. Kung pirmahan naman ito ng Pangulo, ito ay magiging effective po 15 days after it is published.
