Ano dapat ko gawin para mabawi passport sa agency?

Last year nag apply ako bilang caregiver sa agency na eto. Pinasa ko lahat ng papeles ko. Yung passport ko kakukuha ko lang kasi ung una nawala at di ko mahanap. At dahil minamadali ako ng agency ko dahil un nalang daw kulang. Dinclare ko as lost passport para makakuha ako ng bago. After ko makuha yung bago ko passport at ipasa sa agency ko, bigla ko naalaman na sobrang baba ng offer nila saakin at hindi yun ayun sa pinangako nila at sabi dn nila ang caregiver daw na ibibigay nila trabaho saakin ay caregiver/DH. So sabi ko di ko nalang itutulot at pumayag naman sila basta bayaram ko daw ung medical fee na ginastos nila worth 5k.dahil sa wala aq pera nun hindi ko nabalikan na..halos mag iisang taon na ngaun MAY kaya nung april binalikan ko na.pero nung kinukuha ko ma.hindi na daw nila makita passport ko.halos 2 weeks na ako nangungulit sakanila.hindo daw talaga nila mahanap. Ayaw din nila saakin ibigay ung full name nung staff nila na nag interview saakin at inabutan ko ng passport ko. In short,nawala nila passport ko.ang tanong ko po. Ano kaya pwede ko gawin para mabawi ko passport ko sa madaling panahon. Dahil ako ay nag aapply sa bago agency ngaun.maaari ko ba sila kasuhan sa poea? Gusto ko lng mabawi passport ko dahil sobrang bago pa eto dahil kaka renew ko lang. Natatakot ako at baka pinagamit nila sa iba. May modus daw kasi ganun. Tulungan niyo naman ako.salamat

I do not think na mababawi mo pa ang iyong passport. I think you should just declare it as lost. Gawa ka ulit ng affidavit of loss, sabihin mo na nai-submit mo siya at hindi natuloy ang deployment mo, and when you asked na ibalik nila ang iyong passport, hindi na nila ito makuha.

Ilagay mo din na natatakot ka na baka magamit ang iyong passport sa mga criminal activities kung kaya't as soon as you were informed na nawawala ito noong agency, nag-file ka kaagad ng affidavit of loss at iyo nang gustong maka-kuha ng bagong passport.

I hope this helps. Puede ka namang mag-reklamo sa POEA para ang agency ay ma-disiplina ng POEA. kasi, ang mga agency ay may fiduciary duty na ingatan ang mga papeles ng mga OFW. Since sila ang nakawala, puede kang mag-file ng letter complaint sa POEA Complaints Division.

Nakahinga ako ng maayos habang binabasa ko reply niyo saakin.buti nalang andyan kayo at binigyan niyo ko ng idea kung ano dapat gawin.bukas na bukas agad pupunta po ako ng poea.at salamat din po sa idea kung ano ilalagay ko sa affidavit of loss ko ipapagawa.ang poproblemahin ko nalang ngaun is ung police report.requirements kasi un sa pagkuha ng bago passport para sa declare passport.baka dun pa ako sa manila pakuhaan.or pwede po kaya dito nalang sa quezon city?? Maraming salamat po sa tulongniyo
