May bisa ba kasal sa hapon dito sa pinas kapag di tinanggap ang red ribbon sa Japan?

May visa pa po kaya kasal namin, kasi kinasal pu kame nung January 18 2017. Dalawang beses lang pu siya dito umuwe nung October po ng 2016. Yung SECPA (security paper) po namin marriage pu, naka red ribbon po pinadala ko sa Japan kaso po sabe di daw tinanggap dun sa japan kasi need translation Japanese po. Tapuz pu di pa din nag paparamdam till now po. Sa tingin nyu po may visa pa kaya kasal namin ng hapon dito sa pinas?

The general rule is, if a marriage is valid in the country of origin, it is valid in the Philippines. So, kung ang inyong marriage ay ini-Red Ribbon sa Japan, ibig sabihin nito ay ito ay authenticated mula sa records na iyong ipiniresenta. So, valid siya.
Kailangan lang na ang red ribbon document ay ma-accompany ng isang translation. So, dapat, sa Embassy of Japan dito sa Pilipinas, ipa-translate mo ito. Ipa-verify mo.
Kasi, sa palagay ko, ang gusto mo ay mai-rehistro ang kasal mo dito sa Pilipinas, diba?
Ang isa lang na nakikita ko dito, baka nai-divorce ka na noong Hapon. Kaya, kung ito ay ipa-verify mo sa Embassy of Japan, at ito ay ipa-translate mo, mas maigi din kung ito ay ipa-verify mo kung hindi ka pa dini-divorce noong lalaki.
Baka naman nagkasakit ang lalaki o na-aksidente, hindi mo din alam ang dahilan. So, pinaka mabuti ay ipa-verify mo ang status ng kasal ninyo, at kung wala pang divorce na nangyayari, valid pa iyong marriage mo.
Pero, sa kabilang banda, hindi ba mas maganda kung usisain mo kung valid pa nga ba ang marriage ninyo bago mo pag-aksayahan ng panahon na ipa-rehistro sa Pilipinas, eh, divorced na pala kayo. At saka, kung hindi ka naman pinapahalagahan noong lalaki, at hindi na nakikipag-communicate sa iyo, gugustuhin mo bang ma-tali sa kanya?
