Last menstrual cycle ko po was Jan 28- Feb 3,2018. By around second week of February, may nangyari po samin ng Bf ko. After that week po, I've been experiencing some spotting na may cloth discharges po. Minsan yung spotting is malakas ng konti but not to extent na nakakapuno ng napkin or pantyliner. Until now, may spotting po but wala ng cloth discharge. I also noticed na may pitik ang leeg ko which naexperience ko sa last pregnancy ko. Is it really possible na pregnant po ako? Can I do a ultrasound na po agad instead PT so para ma-confirm po agad? Thanks sa mga mag-reresponse. Badly needed po.

Typically ang Menstrual Cycle ng isang babae ay 25-32 days, average ay 28 days. Ang pagbilang ay mula sa unang araw ng iyong huling regla. Ikaw ba ay hindi pa dinantnan ngayon February 26-28? Maari kasi n ang spotting na naranasan mo ay implantation bleeding. Maari kang mag PT sa march 12-14 (2 weeks after missed menstruation) to be sure. Masyado pa maaga para magpa ultrasound dahil wala pang makikita dito

Hi Doc. Sorry I miscalculated. My last period po pala was a week earlier than Jan 28. It started by Jan 21-24 po actually. As well din po papa prior to my menstrual cycle hung January, ganito din po hung na-experience ko around Dec, halos spotting lang po ang flow but wala pong any intimate contact na nangyari that time. After this Jan, sobrang heavy naman po ang flow so I was thinking na baka same din ng nangyari before. Also,po pala I tried testing 2 PT and it turned out negative. Planning to do another po probably by next week just to confirm again po. As per my OB po kasi risky po ako mag-buntis since may history po ako ng eclampsia sa recent delivery ko po.

If that's the case, then you are not on your fertile period during the time you had sex but still, there is the cahnce na ikaw ay mabuntis. If hindi ka pa dinantnan til now, kindly do a pregnancy test again. As long as hindi naman tumataas ang itong BP ngayon (if buntis ka man or hindi) there's nothing to worry about eclampsia at this moment :)

Pasensya na doc lj, hindi ko kasi sure kinhg makikita mo kapag sa acc ko pinost kaya nagreply na lang ako dito.. irregular po kasi ang period ko. Ang huling period ko po ay January 23-28. May nangyare po samin ng bf ko January 31, unprotected sex po pero hindi niya po pinutok sa loob ko. Ang ikinababahala ko lang po ay everytime na maaarouse ang bf ko nilalabasan sya ng pre cum. Ang sabi naman niya January 29 pa sya nag masturbate so 2 days bago kami mg sex kaya imposible na may sperm pa sa precum niya.. expected ko po sana ngayonh February ay madadatnan ako ngunit March 10 na ay wala pa den.. nakaramdam po ako minsan ng cramps at pananakit ng boobs at madami din po ang white mens na nalabas sakin makalipas ang isang linggo naging yellow greenish na ang nilalabas ko.. maaari ho kayang buntis ako o late lang ang period ko madaming salamat doc..
