I am married for 14 years thru civil wedding in Philippines. and found out that my husband was already married with other woman last 16th November 1998. The woman left her after their marriage as she went to abroad. No communication between them since now and then. What are the procedures in filing annulment since the first women has already a family and willing to have an annulment. How long it will take and how much it will cost

So, you are married to a man who had already been validly married before. The first marriage was never annulled. That is a complicated problem, alright. Kasi po, bigamous po ang inyong marriage. The valid marriage is the first marriage.
Kahit po mapa-annul ninyo ang first marriage noong lalaki, ang inyo pong marriage ay voidable pa din. Kasi, it was entered into during the time when the first marriage was subsisting.
May nagdemanda na po ba sa inyo ng bigamy? Criminal case po kasi ito. Your only defense is your ignorance. Hindi ninyo alam na married na pala ang husband ninyo noong magpakasal kayo.
