Una sa lahat of course ay lifestyle change. Iwasan ang pagkain ng matatabang pagkain na makakapagpalala pa ng iyong kundisyon. And of course tamang exercise at pagkain ng masustansyang pagkain. Ganun na nga po ginagawa ko exercise, iwas sa pagkaing matataba at mamantika, kumakain rin po ako ng masusutansya at iniiwasan ang pag-inom ng alak. Subukan ko rin mo uminom ng silymarine. Paano po ba pag-inom nito? before or after meal?
