Typically ang Menstrual Cycle ng isang babae ay 25-32 days, average ay 28 days. Ang pagbilang ay mula sa unang araw ng iyong huling regla. Day 1-7 (madalas 3-7): pagreregla ng kababailhan Day 8-12: ang paghahanda at pangangapal ng matres para sa posibilidad ng pagbubuntis.
