Im 18 yrs old. normal nman regla ko pero dati irregular.. nagtaka lang ako.. oct d ako nadatnan pero spotting lang.. then ganon dn sa november.. as in oonti lang.. pati thia december dn po spotting lang iilang araw.. nattakot po ako.. buntis po ba ako? wla nman akong nakakasex po.. or dahil po ba minsan d ako nakakakain at puyat kaya ganto? sana may makasagot po pls nattakot po ako. takot dn akong magpt..

Hi! If you know for sure that you actually didn't have sex with anyone, wala kang dapat ikatakot. It would be better kung ikaw ay makapagpakonsulta sa isang OB-GYN at mapagawan ng Ultrasound ng iyong mga obaryo. Isa sa mga pinaka-common na sanhi ng irregular na regla sa kababaihan ay ang tinatawag na PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian syndrome. Ito ay isang kundisyon kung saan nagkakaroon ng maliliit na bukol sa loob na obaryo. Ang mga ito ay benign (hindi cancer) ngunit ito ay nagdudulot ng hormonal imbalance kung saan mas tumataas ang hormones na panlalaki kaya naman hindi dinadatnan ang mga pasyente. may posibilidad din na magkaroon ng mas malabong na pagtubo ng buhok sa iba't ibang parte ng katawan at ang pagtaas ng blood sugar dahil ito ay nagdudulot din ng insulin resistance.
