Pu sana ako lagi po kasi akong nahihilo pag tumatayo po ako sa higaan medyo kumikirot din po yung ulo ko tas minsan po mahihilo rin po ako pagnakatayo. Simula pu kasi nung medyo nagpupuyat ako tas buong magdamag po akong nkatutok sa cellphon dun po nagstart.Kulang lang puba ako sa tulog?

Hi! Maraming pwedeng maging dahilan ng pagkahilo. Base sa kwento mo, maaring nagkakaroon ka ng "postural hypotension" o ang pagbaba ng BP or presyon gawa ng mabilis na pagpalit ng position ng katawan tulad ng pagbangon. I suggest na kapag babangon ka sa umaga, umupo muna ng ilang minuto bago tuluyang tumayo. Bukod pa dito, ang labis na pagtutok sa mga gadgets ay nakakacause ng eye strain na maaring makadulot ng pananakit ng ulo at pagkahilo. I advise na ipahinga ang mata ng mga 5minuto kada 30minuto na ikaw ay nagcecellphone or nagttrabaho sa computer.
