Matagal na po kaming hiwalay ng x ko po 1year lang po kming nagsama na kasal tpos naghwalay nrn po kmi.. Wala na rin po syang pakielam sa mga anak nmin at may kinakasama nrn po sya na iba... Natural po may kanya-kanya na kaming buhay gusto ko lang po na mas maging malaya... Salamat po sana matugunan po etong katanungan ko...Godbless po

Puede naman. Kasi, ang gagawin ng bailiff ng husgado, dadalhin sa last known address ng ex-husband mo. Kung may provincial address, pupuntahan doon. Kung may address ang magulang o kapatid niya, pupuntahan doon.
Pero sa totoo, hindi address niya ang problema mo. Ang problema mo ay kung may ground ka na makapag-pa walang bisa ng kasal mo. Kasi, akala ng mga tao madali ang mag-pa-annul ng kasal, hindi po. Mahirap po siyang proseso.
Bago mo problemahin ang address, pumunta ka muna, komunsulta sa abogado kung may grounds ka. kasi, sa ilalim ng Family Code, psychological incapacity lamang ang tanging ground ng annulment ng kasal, liban na lamang kung incestuous ang marriage ninyo (magkamag-anak kayo) o kaya'y may defect ang marriage ninyo (walang consent, minor ka pa noong kayo'y ikinasal, etc>).
