Yung mga nagdudulot po ng heart burn ay pag inom, pagkain na matataba o oily at pagkain ng spicy o maaanghang. Iwasan niyo nalang din po ang humiga after kumain. Maintain upright position lang po after meal.para maiwasan ang gastric reflux o yung pag akyat ng acid galing sa tiyan na makakapagdulot rin ng heartburn. Yan lang po sir. Sana po nakatulong yung sagot
