Ano dapat ko gawin. Nag apply po ako bilang domestic helper sa Qatar. Nung pinakauna kinuha na passport ko tapos pina fill-up sa akin ang mga form. Ngayon nag medical ako sabi dalawa daw medical kaya pinauna sa akin yung sa dugo at xray bale 1500 nabayaran, ang agent ko yung nagbayad. Then after 2 weeks walang balita isip ko mag back-out na kaya tinext ko agent ko na mag baback-out na ako. Ngayon problema hinihingan nya ako ng mahigit sampung libo package daw yung sa medical, Tesda, at vaccine samantalang 1500 pa lang yung nailabas nila pang medical ko. Ano po gagawin ko sabi pa nya ipapa.block nya ako sa POEA pag hindi ko daw binayaran lahat. Nung hindi na ako nagrereply sinabihan nya ako na kung ayaw ko daw magbayad magtuloy na lang daw ako.

Tignan po ninyo kung ano ang pinirmahan ninyong mga dokumento. Tignan po ninyo kung nakasaad sa mga nilagdaan ninyo na package deal nga iyon. Usually, kung patitigasan ninyo na kuhanin ang inyong passport, kayo ang maghahabla, at ang pababayaran sa inyo at iyon lamang mga binayaran ng agency.
Una, ang TESDA po ay walang bayad. So, wala po silang dapat na bayaran doon. Ang babayaran lang po nila ay iyong medical, processing fee ng passport at visa. Bukod doon, wala pa silang nababayaran, so bakit kailangan mong magbayad, e, hindi ka naman nila na-deploy?
Pumunta ka sa Pubic Attorney's Office, ipakita mo sa kanila ang lahat ng papeles na nasa iyo. Susulatan ng PAO ang agency na ibalik sa iyo ang iyong passport dahil sa wala ka pa namang napipirmahan na employment contract. I-copy furnish ninyo ang POEA Administration. Tapos, pag hindi sumagot ang agency, mabuti siguro kung mag-file ka na ng habla sa POEA para magharap kayo ng agency. Go to the PAO, you will need a lawyer for this.
