Yung flow po nya at medyo mahina compared sa regular flow ng aking mens at tumagal lamang po ng 4-5 days. After po nun ay napansin ko po na may lumalabas sa akin na brownish pigment sa at tumagal po ng almost 1 week. Ngayong araw na po ay pang-30 days ko na from my usual ovulation at tingin ko po ay delay na ako ng ilang araw. Almost 2 weeks na rin po ay nakakaramdam ako ng medyo pagkahilo at parang masusuka. Mas medyo lumalakas po ang making pagkain at palaging nakakaramdam ng pananakit ng likod, balakang at cramps. Sa tingin ko din po ay mas mabilis ngayon ang tibok ng aking pulso at pumipintig ang aking puson. Palaging gutom at medyo madalas na pag-ihi. Sana po ang masagot po ninyo ang aking katanungan.
