If the marriage is valid there it is also valid here kahit na hindi ito reported. The only solution to clear your record is through annulment. Sinabi mo rin na kasal karin sa isang hapon at nagpadivorce na kayo? you have to file petition for recognition of divorce dito sa Philippines at kailangan you have to secure the decree of divorce obtained in another country. You will a lawyer to do this.

Kung you cannot delete or erase your marriage in Japan kahit na hindi reported sa Philippines dahil nangangailangan ng annulment decree dito and how can you when you have not reported it at our embassy. Kahit na void pa ang ikalawang marriage dahil bigamous you cannot just declared it on your own. Kailangan may judicial declaration to that effect and it is through by filing annulment in court.
