Hi James! Ito ay isang congenital conditin na tinatawag na Hypospadia. Ang butas po ay tinatawag na urethra at dito lumalabas ang ihi galing sa urinary bladder. Ito po ay nakikita or nadadiagnosed during physical exam ng newborn. Puwede po itong magkaroon ng complications during adulthood like bleeding, infection, pagsikip ng urethra at iba pa. Maaari naman po itong macorrect through surgery. Puwede rin po ito maging cause ng infertility. Magpacheck-up po sa isang Urologist para ikaw ay masuri at mabigyan ng advice.
