Ano normal subpoena procedure at warrant of arrest sa Estafa case?

May loan po ako sa isang loan company. 10k lang po yung ni loan ko. Kahapon po may na receive po aw na text from taguig prosecutor office na may warrant of arrest daw po ako at may pupuntang police dahil may nag file daw po ng estafa case sa akin. Lawyer po nung company yung nag file po ng case.

Binigay po yung number ng lawyer, tinawagan ko po at nagka usap po kame. Wala po akong inissue na check. Umabot na po sa 100k ung babayaran ko at sinabe lp naman po na willing ako magbayad. Wala po akong na receive na sulat sa bahay regarding sa case po kaya nagulat po ko. Normal po ba na procedure na mag te text ang prosecutor office to inform yung kino complain na may i se serve na warrant of arrest? Nakipag usap naman po ako sa kanila prior po dito sa pag file ng case tpos nung nag set po ng time para tawagan ako. Wala naman po tumawag. Ano po gagawin ko?:(

Hahaha. Scam iyan o kaya, iyan ay scheme. Kasi, para matakot ka, magpapanggap na prosecutor iyong collector. Para nga naman mataranta ka.

Una sa lahat, hindi ka ite-text ng prosecutor dahil sa hindi usually inilalagay ng complainant ang mga contact details ng kanilang idinedemanda sa kanilang complaint affidavit.

Pangalawa, padadalhan ka ng subpoena ng prosecutor, hindi ka ite-text. kasi, limited ang oras o panahon para sila ay mag-conduct ng preliminary investigation. Pag may nag-file ng complaint, padadalhan kaagan ng subpoena.

Pangatlo, sobrang daming trabaho ng mga prosecutor (kasi, bukod sa preliminary investigation, ang mga prosecutor ay humaharap pa sa husgado, sumusulat ng kanilang mga resolution, information at minsan ay sila'y na-aassign na sumama sa mga raiding team ng mga pulis). They will not have time to give you a personal touch.

That person is impersonating a public official. kinakasangkapan nila ang Prosecutor's Office para mambraso. Or, kung talagang prosecutor iyan, hindi niya dapat gawin iyan. So, either way, that person should be prosecuted for corruption.

Same din po yan ng ginawa sakin, nasa work po ako ng bigla ako tinawagan ng tita ng asawa ko pati ng biyanan ko po. Pinuntahan daw sila ng kapitan ng baranggay namin dahil may nghahanap saken at meron daw ako kaso na estafa tama po ba yon? Ngayon pinaguusapan ako ng mga kapitbahay namin. Nalaman ko po na yung credit card po yun na hindi ko nabayaran since 2014 at umabot na daw ng 174k. At yun daw po ang dahilan. Naiinis po ako sa baranggay captain namin kasi naniwala sila sa mga sinasabi ng mga yon na pinagmulan ng chismis ng mga kapitbahay ko.
