Nag-hit ang record sa pagkuha ng NBI clearance. Bakit walang subpoena? Aarestuhin ba at ikukulong?

Kumuha ang kapatid ko ng NBI clearance local para gagamitin niya s pag apply dito sa Pinas. Na hit record po siya. Galing po siya sa ibang bansa sa United Arab Emirates. Last 2015 lang po siya umuwe ng Pinas.


Atty.ang kafatid ko po may naiwang loan sa U.A.E. Ito po ay personal loan. Ito po ba ang dahilan ng kanyang hit record sa NBI? Anung case ang sinampahan sa kanya? May tumatawag kasi sa kanya na legal. Kung kinaso na ito attorney, bakit walang subpoena na dumating sa kanya? Pagpinapapunta siya sa NBI opis aarestuhin ba siya agad at kukulong? Thanks god bless..

Ang NBI clearance ay nagkakaroon ng hit kung mayroon nang naka-sampang kasong kriminal at mayroon nang warrant of arrest. Don't panic, though.

1. May pagkakataon na may hit dahil sa similar ang first and last names, pero, hindi identical ang middle names. Example: Jose T. Reyes and Jose M. Reyes. They are two different people but it will be considered a hit kasi, first and last names are similar. (By the way, something like this happened to someone I know who was about to take the Bar exam).

2. Minsan din, misspelled lang or mistake in encoding. This could happen.

3. The best thing for you to do is to find out about the hit. Go to the NBI and ask for a copy of the hit. Tapos, kung halimbawa nakalagay ang court or docket number noong case, puntahan ninyo sa specific na RTC or MTC to clarify. Puede din naman kayo pumunta sa Department of Justice, sa National Prosecution Service at humingi kayo ng clearance, para makita ninyo kung may hit din doon (dito ninyo mako-confirm kung mayroon ngang pending criminal case na ifi-nile ang DOJ or Prosecutor's Office laban sa inyo).

4. Minsan din, areglado na ang kaso, hindi pa rin natatanggal ang alert sa NBI database.

At any rate, get a lawyer and get advice from a lawyer.

Hi I'm not a lawyer pero na experience ko rin po ito na HIT ako kasi imbis na renew ng new ako dahil nakalimutan ko ang NBI number ko :) Don't panic po.

Hi Victoria, ask ko lng kung nai-clear na ba sa system nila yung double application instead of renewal, new applicant ang na apply mo. Na HIT din ako same with this case pero sa Jan 26 ko pa makukuha. Pag nagrenew ba ulit No HIT na kaya?

Good day po.Atty ask ko lang po if nag iisue ba ng warrant of arrest kahit walang counter affidavit?m loan po kc ung kapatid ko around 20k kaso nawalan po sya ng work at nag bounced ung check n na iisue nya. Ngayon po hinaharass po sya ng lending company at sinabing m case n finile pero wala naman po syang natatanggap na notice.

Good day atty.Atty itatanung ko po last augost 2016 kumuha po ako ng NBI.my HIT po ako atty.ngaun po nag renew po ako ng aking NBI.po my HIT po ulit ako atty.anu po kaya ang dahilan kaya nag ka HIT po ako ay renew nalang po ako itong augost 29 po ako nag renew.tanks God Bless Atty.

Tanong ko: Posible po bang mag hit sa pag Koha nang NBI Clearance kspag may cash loan kang hindi natapos bayaran.

Good Day Atty!. ask ko lang po. If possible na mabago yung signature sa NBI Clearance. Nagkamali po kasi ako ng pirma that time. late ko na narealize na mali yung signature ko.

. Lagpas na po ako 2 years nakalaya dahil sa probisiyonary dismissal ,2015 pa po ako lumaya ,kukuha po Kasi ako ng NBI DAHIL need sa trabaho..kaya lang nawawala rin po yung release paper ko..ano po ba dapat kong gawin makakakuha paba ako ng NBI CLEARANCE ..
