Pero that day nakausap namin ung nagkaso at nasettle din. Pinabalik kami next few days at nawithdrawn ang kaso, meron po kaming copy galing MTC na withdrawn na ang kaso. Ang tanong ko po, magkakahit po kaya ako pag kumuha ako ng NBI? Nang yari po ito 3 years ago na. Thanks in advance.

Alam mo kasi, kapag kumuha ka ng NBI clearance, itinatanong kung meron kang kaso. Kung ilalagay mo na may kaso ka noon a MTC, titignan nila ang MTC database, siyempre. Eh, di, magkakaroon nga ng hit. Kung talagang settled na ang kaso, ang nakalagay doon ay dapat (dismissed or closed and terminated).
