Nagpautang di nagbayad, Ano ang Certificate to File Action mula sa barangay?

Nagpautang ako ng may interest, my kontrata kami na pinirmahan at meron akong hawak ilang valid IDs niya.

Almost 9 months xang di nagbayad , siya pa ang may guts na sabihan ako na ipa-barangay xa.

So i did it, nagbarangayan kami pero once lang sya umattend, to the point na yung mga lupon binigyan nako ng CFA (Certificate to File Action).


So im asking po anu po best way na gawin ko?

Taga Navotas xa at ako taga Caloocan

Pwede ko na ba xang kasuhan as criminal case ?

Atty. Bimbi is a Legal expert in the Philippines
Since meron ka nang Certification to File Action, you can go to court and actually file a case for collection or, kung ikaw ay may ebidensiya ng fraud, puede ka ring magdemanda ng estafa. You will need a lawyer.

Wala kasi naman akong nakitang contract ninyo. So, hindi ko alam kung magkano ang inutang sa iyo. Kasi, ang halaga ng inutang ang basehan kung saang husgado ka maaaring mag-file ng iyong kaso. Get a lawyer.

almost 9mos xang ndi nagbayad at nagparamdam

at base sa salaysay sa brgy. aminado xang my utang xa sakin (w/c is primado nia ung salaysay nia)

hope you help me Atty.Bimbi since im not familiar in this case
kasi ung defendant (ung umutang) xa pa matapang :(
