Napaaway sa kasamahan, exit visa pulis Saudi

Kasi po napaaway po ako sa kasamahan ko dito sa Riyadh. Nalaman po ng employeer ko at sinabihan po ako na ibibigay daw po yung exit visa ko sa pulis eh hindi naman po nagreklamo yung kasamahan ko. Maari po b nila ako makasuhan oh makulong kung sakaling ibigay nila s pulis ang aking exit visa?

Hindi ko masasagot ang iyong katanungan ng payak. Una, hindi mo sinabi sa post mo kung nasaang bansa kayo. Pangalawa, hindi mo sinabi sa akin kung kayo ay nasa ilalim ng isang POEA-approved employment contract.

Isa pa, kahit na hindi nag-reklamo ang naka-away mo, ang pakikipag-away sa kasamahan sa trabaho ay pag-istorbo sa katahimikan at kapayapaan ng work place. The employer has the prerogative to remove from his employment any worker who has caused a disturbance kahit na walang pinsala ang nangyari sa co-worker. The fight disturbed the place of business and the peace in the workplace.

This is Philippine labor law. Hindi ko alam kung similar ang labor law diyan sa bansang pinag-ta-trabahuhan mo.

P.S. Kung hindi nagreklamo ang naka-away mo para sa pinsalang natamo niya, walang criminal charges. Kung ang boss mo ay hindi din nag-file ng criminal complaint laban sa iyo para sa kaguluhang naganap, walang criminal charge. Iyon na nga lang, matatanggal ka sa trabaho. Iba kasi iyong kasong kriminal sa pagtatanggal sa trabaho.

Please note na ang isang taong may working visa ay isang guest sa bansang kanyang pinag-ta-trabahuhan. Kung ikay ay bisita at hindi maganda ang asal mo, may karapatan ang bansang pinagta-trabahuhan mong ikaw ay paalisin, hindi ba? Hindi ko masasagot kung ikaw ay makukulong. Please get a lawyer.
