Well, only you can file a concubinage case against your husband. So, ikaw mismo ang dapat na complainant. Pupunta ka sa Prosecutor's office at ikaw mismo ang magpa-file doon ng complaint affidavit laban sa iyong husband at kanyang mistress.
You must have evidence. Halimbawa, pictures nila together noong babae. Pictures nila doon sa bahay na kanilang tinutuluyan. Kung sila'y nag-post ng pictures sa FB na sweet na sweet sila, i-capture mo ang mga pictures. Kung may mga text messages, emails o love letters, all of those are your evidence.
It is very sad but our Revised Penal Code makes it so difficult for women to file a case against their husbands and mistresses -- kailangan pang maiprove na sila'y namumuhay na parang mag-asawa at binabahay niya ang kanyang kalaguyo. Attorney Bimbi, maraming question po.. yung misis ko po sa nasa Pinas ako nasa Saudi. Yung na ipon ko pong sms, pictures, facebook messenger messages eh from iba-ibang lalaki. Medyo nag ingat na po kasi ang misis ko simula ng ipaalam ko sa kanya na alam kong mga kalokohan nya at may proof ako. Enough na po bang ebidensya yung mga ganong messages at sms? Pictures..pwede po nyang itanggi na friends lang sila at close. Hindi ko pa rin po binabawasan ang sustento ko sa kanila kasi ayaw kong mag suffer ang bata. Wala syang trabaho at mahilig pa pong gawing DSWD center ang bahay. Lagi pong may kinukupkop na relatives and friends ang misis ko sa bahay kaya laging nag re-request ng budget increase. Awang-awa na po ako sa sarili ko.. mga 3 to 4 years na po siguro akong niloloko.
