Ang divorce ay puede lang para sa mga citizen noong bansang iyon. Unless citizen kayo doon sa bansang may divorce, hindi kayo makakapag-pa-divorce dahil sa hindi din ito tatanawin ng batas ng Pilipinas.
Once na-register na ang kasal ninyo sa embassy, you are bound by it. walang cancellation of registration na pinapayagan. magpapa-annul pa kayo dito sa Pinas.
Kaso, i-check mo din sa NSO, baka hindi nai-forward ng Embassy sa NSO ang iyong marriage certificate. Kung ganoon, hindi rehistrado ang iyong kasal. Kung hindi rehistrado ang iyong kasal -- para na ring hindi kayo talaga naikasal. Ni hindi mo na kailangang magpa-divorce. Good luck!
