Tatay ko may kabit, father has mistress married in Islam muslim rites, how to protect our property

Question: My father/dad has a mistress. They are legally married in Islam/Muslim rites. My mother and I, on the other hand, are Christians. How can we protect our property/financial investments etc., because my father and his mistress/second wife are have a child, and my mom and I do not want to give up what is rightfully ours. What should my mother and I do, so that they cannot get what is ours?

So, legal ang kasal niya doon.

So sorry that I cannot help you. You must seek advice from a lawyer in person so that you can disclose facts to the lawyer that you cannot disclose to me here online.
