Translation: What could be done if the contingency date and illness code stated in the SSS benefits is wrong or incorrect?

Sa tanong mo, I presume that you have already applied for SSS benefits for an illness and your application has already been granted or approved. The only problem you have now is that mali ang illness code at contingency date – you will have to inform them that the illness code and contingency date is wrong.
