Na-buntisan sa Malaysia, ayaw pauwiin ng amo pag hindi nagbayad utang

Working without working permit

andito po ako ngayon sa Malaysia, malayo po kami sa Phillipine embassy para po malaman namin kung ano po mga pwede namin gawin? At kung may posibilidad po ba makulong kami kung sakali na kami ay mag run away?

Kasi po ang aming passport ay nasa amo namin. Gustong gusto na po namin umuwi pero kung kami daw po ay uuwi kina kailangan namin bayadan ang contrata namin bago nila kami payagan umuwi.

Kagaya na lang po sa sitwasyon ko na buntisan po ako dito at gusto ko na po umuwi pero ayao nila ako payagan hanggang hindi ko binabayaran ang natitira ko utang, at kailangan ko din daw po bayaran ang pinirmahan ko contract sa bawat buwan na natitira.

Pero wala po kami working permit chopping lang po kami every month, at isa pa sa subra selan ko mag buntis hindi na po ako maka pag trabaho. Hindi po namin alam kung san kami pwede huminge nang tulong dahil ang phillipine embassy po ay nasa KL pa at andito po kami sa Bintulu, Sarawak.

Sa police hindi din po kami maka lapit dahil bayad po nang amo namin,sa emmigration may hawak din po sila, at kung mag rurun away daw po kami at mahanap kami nang gangster ipapakulong daw po kami nang 6 mos more than pa daw po dun bago kami hayaang maka uwi nangPpilipinas.

Sana po kami ay inyong matulongan dahil sa subra hirap na po nang sitwasyon nang bawat isa sa amin dito.

Ate, pumunta ka sa pulis. Ang amo mo ay nagko-commit ng crime na human trafficking. Una, naghire ang amo ng workers without proper documentation or without an employment permit. Ayaw nilang ibigay sa inyo ang inyong mga passport -- ito ay isa sa mga acts of human trafficking. At kahit gusto mo nang umalis ay ayaw kang paalisin at pinagbabayad ka ng pera kahit na wala namang kontratang prinoseso. Ito ay acts of human trafficking. Ito ay slavery.

Dapat makulong ang iyong amo. Ikaw ay maide-deport, totoo. Pero, ikaw ay makaka-uwi.
