As a lessor ano po ba ang pwede kong gawin, kasi po my ex fiancée wala na siyang plano tumira a sa bahay at bumalik ng pinas. Eh may contrata po kami 25 years of lease.

Sorry, but your story is not too clear to me. You have rented a house in the Philippines. Your lease on the house is for 25 years. You've left the Philippines and your fiance as well has left the Philippines. Neither you or your fiance have plans of going back to the Philippines to stay in the leased house. Ganoon ba?

The problem is that your fiance asked someone to stay in the house as a caretaker?

What do you want to do now? Do you want to evict the caretaker? What do you want to do? I don't see what the problem is.

Please post your replies to my questions. Until you do, and until you clarify what you want to do with the caretaker, I cannot answer your post. I don't know what you want to know.

Good luck to you.
