Pano ipa red ribbon ang TOR? How to: Red Ribbon TOR

Good day po gusto kulang po itanong currently po nasa dubai po ako. Gusto ko po sana ipa red ribbon ang TOR ko. Nagtanung po ako sa Philippine consulate dito sa Dubai, sa pilipinas po ginagawa ang red ribbon ng TOR. Ano po ang una kong gagawen sa proseso ng aking hangaren, at saan po ako dapat makipag ugnayan? Para po mapa red ribbon ko ang TOR ko. salamat po.



Translation: I'm currently in Dubai. I would like to request for Red Ribbon of my TOR. The Philippine consulate in Dubai told me that I should have it done in the Philippines. Where should I go do process this?

Hello, ang tanong mo ay kung paano ipapa red-ribbon ang iyong TOR. Ang pagpapa-'red ribbon' ay ang pagpapa-authenticate ng isang document as official. Ang TOR na sinasabi mo, ang ibig sabihin mo ay 'transcript of records' mo?

Hand-carried mo ba ang TOR mo sa Dubai? Kasi, baka mahirapan kang ipa-red ribbon ito doon. Una, kailangan ng Consulate na malaman na ang TOR ay mula talaga sa isang lehitimong educational institution sa 'Pinas at hindi galing sa isang bangketa sa Recto Avenue. Kaya, baka ang kailangan ay mag-apply ka sa university or college mo, at ilalagay nila ito sa isang sealed envelope at direktang iku-courier sa Consulate noong university or college.

Baka mas maigi kung yung TOR mo mula sa Pilipinas ay sa DFA mo na ipa-authenticate bago ipapadala na lamang sa iyo diyan ng kamag-anak mo para ipa-authenticate.

Bukod dito, ang alam ko, sa Registrar's office ng university, tinatanong kung ang TOR ba ay gagamitin abroad kasi, nilalagyan nila ito ng kanilang seal at ipina-nonotaryo. Yung pagno-notaryo kasi ang paraan upang maging isang public document ang TOR.

Mas maigi kung sa Consulate ka mismo makipag-ugnayan. I-email mo sila at hingin mo ang checklist ng requirements. O di kaya, i-Google mo ang consulate ng 'Pinas sa Dubai at tignan sa website kung may impormasyon tungkol dito.

Sila ang makapag-sasabi sa iyo kung paano mao-authenticate ang TOR mo. Good luck sa iyo.
