Kanino naka-rehistro ang bahay at lupa? Sino ang registered owner sa TCT nito? KUng ang pangalan ng inyong mga magulang ang lumalabas na registered owner, kayong mga heirs ng registered owner ang may karapatan dito.
So, because you are heirs of the registered owner, you can eject him. You have to find a lawyer. Your lawyer will have to send him a demand letter asking him to vacate the premises. Tapos, you will have to go to the barangay and file a complaint against him. If you do not settle at the barangay, you will be given a certification to file action. Tapos, you can file a case for ejectment (forcible entry or unlawful detainer).
