Magandang araw po ako po ay nakatira sa lupang rights lang yung wala pong titulong hawak sa bakanteng lote sa harap namin nagpaalam po kami na ibabaon ang tubo na ididirekta sa canal yung tubo po na iyon ay dadaluyan ng pinagliguan napaghugasan ng Plato at napaglabahan ngayon binenta na po yun at yung bagong may ari ay pinutol at tinanggal ng hindi saamen pinaalam may karapatan po ba kami umalma dahil lahat ay duon nka direkta ang tubo ano po baka ang dapat gawin ko maraming salamat po sa pagtugon

Magulo ang kuwento mo. Una sa lahat, hindi puwedeng kayo lang ang mag-decide kung saan dadaloy ang mga tubo ng maruming tubig. Dapat, kung subdivision ito, may plano kung saan dadaloy ang tubo. Dapat ay may drainage system.

Ngayon, sinabi mo na rights lang ang hawak ninyo ay hindi titulo sa lupa, malamang ay hindi ito nasasaklaw sa isang subdivision plan kaya kayo lamang ang nagpasya kung saan padadaluying ang maruming tubig.

Ang suggestion ko sa inyo, kayo ay pumunta sa abogado kung kanino ninyo mai-papaliwanag ng husto ang inyong problema. Dito kasi, hindi ko naiintindihan kung paanong nakapag-patayo kayo ng bahay sa lupa na walang plano sa drainage. Bago kasi magkaroon ng individual na lote, naglalagay ng kalsada. Doon sa kalsada, andoon ang drainage, lahat ng kabahayan, dapat ang drainage ay tumuloy doon sa drainage na nasa ilalim ng kalsada. So, I really cannot understand how you can put your drain pipes onto the land of someone else.
