Maaari po bang gawing "substantial evidence" ng pagnanakaw kung nakitang huling umalis ng bahay yung tao at nawalan ng pera?

Willing po ba talagang magtestify sa court or atleast mag execute ang witness po ninyo ng affidavit na yan talaga ang nakita niya ng umalis po ang kasama po ninyo? Maari sigurong gamitin as part of the circumstantial evidence but criminal case requires proof beyond reasonable doubt or else madismiss po ang kaso ninyo. Other than the testimony of that witness anong other evidence po ninyo na nawalan po kayo ng pera at siya lang pwede kumuha nito? You need to establish that.
