Conjugal po yan so share po kayo sa porperty na yan. So ang share po yan ay maaring ibenta niya pero ang sa iyo ay hindi. So kailang both of you will sign the deed of sale po. Pwede na po kayong mag agree na either he will pay you for your share kung sakaling maibenta ito.
