Gusto po sanang labanan ng Tiya ko (Yung anak na babae) yung asawa niya. Paano po ang mga dapat gawin. Salamat po sa ingyong tulong.

Ang lupaing minana ng iyong tiyahin ay hindi kasali sa conjugal property ng mag asawa dahil exclusive property niya po ito. Ang magiging conjugal property lang ay ang income/fruits derived from this conjugal property. So hindi maaring maangkin ito ng kanyang asawa. Sa ganitong kaso kailangan na ninyo ng isang abogado para patunayan ang lahat ng ito sa korte na ito ay isang exclusive property ng tiya mo at walang karapatan ang husband niya angkinin at ilipat ang titulo sa pangalan niya.
