Hello po, mas mabuti po siguro kung kukunin niyo po yung temperature niyo after waking up everyday. Kasi mas mabilis po kayong makabuo ng baby kung nag oovulate ka po o fertile yung egg cell niyo po. malalaman niyo po na nag oovulate kayo pag tumaas po yung temperature sa normal niyong nakukuha. tapos pwede niyo pong subukan ng hanggang tatlong araw simula ng pag akyat ng temperature niyo.
