Na Scam ako sa credit card. May tumuwag sakin at nagpakilala na taga banko. First time ako nagka credit card and kunti lang alam about it, naniwala ako at binigay ko lahat ng hiningi for verification pati na OTP na inakala kong verification code lang to verify my account yon lang purchase verification code na pala.

Yung original amount is 34k Php at nag settle na sa 61kPhp including interest.

If you have taken an action na ipaalam ito sa bank immediately I don't think you will be obliged to pay it. Makikita naman sa place of transaction maybe you can dispute it example dito yung residence sa Cebu pero yung item na ideliver somewhere else. Kailangan kasi in this case na may evidence na maipakita ka na talagang scam ito. The letter that you sent to the bank ay makatutulong po ito na ipaalam sa collection agency. Mas mabuti siguro na magpagawa po kayong ng answer from a lawyer and sent it to the bank to let them know na you are telling them the truth.
