Magrereflect ba ang police blotter sa police and nbi clearance ko?

When i was 12, nahuli po akong nagnakaw sa isang convenience store ng 2 boxes of chocolates. Dinala po ako ng guard sa police station kasi sabi ng owner ng store is " dalhin mo sa police station yan tapos pagawan mo lang ng record". Aftet that, pinatawag yung parents ko and kinausap ng social worker ata yun  and later on pinauwi na kami. Question is, magrereflect ba yung record ko sa mga clearances ko given na I'm still 12 years old that time and a minor? Incident happened way back 2012 pa and now I'm currently studying in college.

If walang kaso nakafile sa inyo hindi po yan magrereflect sa NBI. However, ever naman po may kasong naifile sa inyo that's the time makikita yan but you will be subjected to interview tatanungin what is the status po nito.

Pero pwede po bang kasuhan ang 12 years old po? Given na the minimum age of criminal responsibility is 15 years old?

Pwede po ba akong makasuhan noon given na i am just 12 years old and has no criminal responsibility according to RA 9344?

Under REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10630, qouted as follows "“SEC. 6. Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility. – A child fifteen (15) years of age or under at the time of the commission of the offense shall be exempt from criminal liability. However, the child shall be subjected to an intervention program pursuant to Section 20 of this Act." Exempted po kayo for criminal liability but liable pa rin ang parents ninyo for the civil liability for whatever damage na nagawa po ninyo sa ibang tao. So NBI no criminal record po kayo.
