Depende po if may pending criminal case kayo pero nakapag bail naman po ay hindi kayo dadakpin. Kaya lang if may criminal case at may warrant of arrest pero hindi pa nakapag bail maaring dadakpin agad kasi may warrant na. Mas mabuting i check ang records sa korte po para makapaghanda sa bail if ever pwede magpost nito or makahingi ng legal advise sa tamang gagawin sa PAO office or any private lawyer po.
