Makakakuha pa po ba ako ng NBI probation po ako at gumamit ako ng plea bargaining sa tagal po kasi ng proseso ng kaso napilitan na po ako umamin at maging convicted kahit ?

Pwede naman po kaya lang by the time na kukuha ka you will be subjected for interview lalo na kung anong status na ang probation mo either tapos na ba or hindi pa. The NBI will ask for clearance from court/probation office if okay na ang probation mo para naman maclear na ang records mo.
hello Ms Jescelyn, sorry maiba ng topic pero regarding pa din sa kaso...paano magbayad ng bail sa kortekasi nasa ibang bansa na po ako...bp 22 po ang kaso sa aken...pero willing po makipag agreement para ma settle ang amount..thanks po

You need to appear in court at magfile ka ng motion kung saan ito nakapending ang kaso para sa bail. Maaring pagdating mo sa ating bansa may warrant kana at pwede kang arestuhin anytime if may nakakaalam na dumating kana. So mas mabuting alamin kung saan korte ito naifile at pagdating mo pumunta ka magdala ka ng pera pambayad sa bail po. Personal submission talaga ang bail.

Yes, pagdating mo dito the immigration officer might hold you na kung may warrant of arrest na po kayo. Kapag malalaman ng complainant na dumating kana talagang magsusumbong yon sa pulis para dakpin ka.

Huwag po muna kayong magbayad sa complainant mas mabuting sa malaman ng korte na may agreement to settle na po kayo. Gumawa po kayo ng settlement agreement at ipaaprove po ninyo ito sa judge pagkatapos yan the complainant will ask the court to provisionally dismiss your case until full payment is done magiging final na po ang dismissal sa case ninyo. Mas mabuting kumuha po kayo ng lawyer to assist you in court po.

Kung criminal case kailangan mo muna ang arraignment bago ka makapagfile ng provisional dismissal so kailangan ng personal appearance ng accused bago gawin ito.
