May bukid kami 20+ years na, may magsasaka kami at isang beses lang ang anihan. lola ko lang ang namamahala at umuuwi kapag kailangan lang. simula nung pandemya ay tawag o text lang ang komunikasyon namin at kami pa ang laging tumatawag para lang makibalita. ngayong namatay ang lola ko ay ibinenta na namin ito dahil sa tingin namin ay malulugi lang kami(lagi silang humihingi/kumukuha ng malaking halaga ng pera para daw sa "sakahan" nalalaman na lang namin iyon kapag taos na ibigay ang pera, marami na rin silang utang sa amin).
ngayon, ayaw nilang ibigay ang tractor at iba pang gamit dahil di pa daw namin sila binibigyan ng pera at pwede daw nila kaming kasuhan.

Makakasuhan ba kami kung di namin bibigyan ng pera ang magsasaka namin?

Depende po yan sa cause of action or claim po nila. If they are claiming for collection for sum of money dahil hindi po binayaran ninyo ang mga gastos nila well, if may sapat na evidence maaring makasuhan po kayo. If sila naman po ay registered tenants maaring makasuhan po kayo if hindi po ninyo bibigyan sila sa kaukulang share for all the harvest/products they have planted.

Kaya hindi namin maiwasan na magdalawang isip.
