Nuong November 25 2021 yung kaboardmate ko po na babae e nilayasan ako dala po mga damit niya kaso dinala din niya yung pinahiram ko na cellphine sa kanya shaka durabox na maliit shaka airbed at iba pa po gamit,bukod doon po nawala po pera ko na 40,000. nakita po siya ng kapitbahay na naghahakot gamit pero d naman po siya nakitang kumuha ng pera. di ko popinablotter kasi umaasa ako na babalik siya para magpaliwanag. d po bumalik.pwede ko pa po ba ipablotter kahit matagal na po November 25 pa.tapos pinagbantaan po ako ng tita niya na papakasuhan daw po ako ng paninirang puri dahil wala daw po ako ebidensya na yung pamangkin niya ang kumuha pera at pinagbibintangan ko daw po na nagnakaw.iniimbento ko lang daw po na nawalan ako pera at paninirang puri daw ginagaw ko papakasuhan po ako. tama po ba tita niya makaksuhan ako paninirang puri?
Makakasuhan po ba ako ng paninirang puri kasi pinagbibintangan ko na nikawan ako?

Pwede po kayong makasuhan for grave oral defamation if pinagkakalat ninyo na siya ang kumuha lalo na if wala kayong sapat na evidence na magtutukoy sa kanya na siyang kumuha sa pera po ninyo. However, magiging defense mo din sana if right after sa pag alis po niya pinablotter po ninyo ang pagkawala ng inyong pera at nagfile kayo ng complaint sa kanya.
