Ang kontrata ay pinipirmahan ng employer at employee para ito ang maging batas sa pagitan nila. Ngayon, kung ang kontrata mo ay para sa 24 months at ikaw ay patigilin sa pagta-trabaho sa ika 23rd month, at ikaw ay hindi na suwelduhan, ito ay paglabag sa inyong employment contract.

Ang puede mong gawin kung ikaw ay pauwiin ay maghabla sa NLRC laban sa agency na nagdeploy sa iyo. Sila ang puede mong idemanda na illegal dismissal kasi, sa totoo, ikaw ay terminated from employment without cause.

Ang pinaka-mainam ay sumangguni kayo sa Public Attorney's Office. Sila ay nagrerepresent ng mga OFW laban sa mga agency kapag sila'y naghabla sa NLRC para sa illegal dismissal. Kailangan lamang ninyo na ilakip ang kopya ninyo noong inyong contract of employment na nilabag noong inyong employer (huwag ito kalimutan) kasi ito ang basis ng NLRC na mag-bigay ng award sa inyo.
