Nag issue po ba kayo ng check sa sa nasabing utang dahil pwede po kayong kasuhan for violation under BP 22 maaring may imprisonment po sa kasong ito. Maari ring estafa depende po if proven beyond reasonable doubt na you have committed fraud may imprisonment po or fine but pwede naman po ninyong maexplain ang lahat ng ito sa korte kung paanong hindi po kayo nakabayad. Mas mabuti namang makignegotiate with the lending company before this case is brought to court. However, pwede po namang doon na rin sa korte makipagnegotiate tungkol dito para madismiss po ito after mabayaran mo ang inyong obligation. Kung kriminal case po ang ipapafile sa inyo at wala naman kayong trabaho or qualified ang income ninyo to avail of PAO free services pwede po kayong pumunta sa opisina nila para magpatulong po.

Maari po talagang marestructure or makipagnegotiate sa creditor po ninyo ang importante pumunta lang po kayo personally sa office nila atleast makikita nila na sincere na man po kayong bayarang ang utang ninyo. Maaring pipirma kayo ng panibagong agreement depende na po sa kanila yan. If possible iwasan na mag issue ng check lalo na if hindi ka siguradong mabayaran mo sa date na i impose sa iyo.
