Ano ang ibig sabihin mong "madalian"? HIndi pa ninyo plano magpakasal, pero, na-advance ang inyong kasal? O ang ibig sabihin mo ay, wala kang planong magpakasal, pero, ikaw ay napilitang magpakasal?
Ang batas ay nagsasaad na ang kasal para maging valid ay kailangan ng consent, freely given. Ibig sabihin ay walang pamimilit. Kung ikaw ay napilitan, ginamitan ka ng undue pressure o intimidation (pananakot) para ikaw ay magpakasal, ibig sabihin nito'y walang consent freely given. So, dahil sa walang consent freely given, ang marriage contract ay hindi valid.
