May karapatan ba na magmana ang half brother/sister kung sakaling wala na syang kamag-anak?

pinoy at pinanganak ang lola ko sa pinas.Byuda sya na may 6 na anak (legitimate) at nag-pakasal uli at nagkaanak ng isa(legitimate). Namatay ang asawat anak nya at sumunod ang lola ko. it means ung dating anak ng lola ko at ung anak nya na isa sa pangalawang asawa ay mag half brother & sisters, Tanong may karapatan bang magmana ang dating mga anak ng lola ko nya na 6(anim) dun sa ari-arian ng nanay nila?

Ang lahat ng mga anak ay may karapatang magmana sa mga ari-arian ng kanilang mga magaulang, kahit legitimate or illegitimate, sila ay may karapatang magmana.
Ngayon, kung ang lupang mamanahin ay binili ng pera na galing sa partnership noong unang kasal, ang primary na magmamana ay iyong mga anak sa una. Kung ang lupang mamanahin ay galing naman sa partnership noong pangalawang kasal, ang primary na magmamana ay iyong anak sa ikalawang kasal.
Kailangan mong kumausap ng isang abogado, kailangan mong liwanagin sa abogado kung ano ang manahan. Usually, ang petsa kung kailan nabili ang lupa, ito ang magdede-termina kung aling kasalan ang nagmamay-ari noon.
May mga abogado sa PAO at sa IBP. Puede kang humingi ng payo sa kanila at doon ay dalhin mo ang mga xerox ng mga papeles para ma-evaluate nila iyon at makapag-bigay ng isang legal opinion. Dito kasi, hindi ako makakapag-bigay ng legal opinion o legal advice dahil wala naman akong nakitang papeles. So, best see a lawyer near you.
