Bilang sa amin ang titulo ng alley at nagbabayad ng amilyar sa titulo na yun., may laban po ba kami? O ano pa po kaya ang aming karapatan?may karapatan po ba silang patanggal yung gate na pinatayo namin, na sa tingin naman po namin hindi nakasasagabal at malayo po sa kanila ang daanan at yung kontador lang po ang pinoproblema nila.

If the said alley ay registered as right of way sa titulo may laban po sila however if wala naman kailangan pa nilang bilhin or ipadonate from the registered owner para magiging right of way ito. Kailangan na may ebidensya sila para mapatunayan na ito ay registered as right of way po otherwise wala po silang karapatan na ipatanggal ang gate lalo na if may ibang access naman po sila sa road other than this alley.
